player watching lock

Is it possible to block player watching? I want block first person camera etc.
Don't want change cvars etc. Only plugin.

cvars does what you want.
what should players spectate when they're dead? the ground with his body?

I have this plugin https://forums.alliedmods.net/showth...1851?p=1441851 ( Ghost Respawn ) but i see this ghosts in spect mode first person, is it possible not to preview them and skip them?
