Max value must be passed as the second parameter, not the first.

Hints:

1. It's better reset invisiblity on death.
2. It's better reset abilities/counter on new game.
3. To avoid unexpected behavior (such as radio command activation) it's better return PLUGIN_HANDLED inside menu keypress handlers.

Do you aware that on new game start (on 1st round start) if freezetime isn't equal to 0 the healing players will still continue recieve ++health until actual round start, and players how recieved a ++speed will not obey freezing?

This is marked for all modifications though it's oviously that it's CS specific.

it should work for all. It was tested on CS and has code in there so freezetime doesn't mess with it, however theoretically it does work on all mods.
