Plugin Manager & Downloader
description
This plugin is a GUI to handle the file "plugins.ini"
It makes you able to edit all the options, associated to your plugins, visually.
When you'll add a new plugin to your server, you will not need to manually add him to "plugins.ini" anymore.
Now it also allows you to instantly download plugins.
cvars
none (yet)
commands
pluginManager
pluginDownload
(available in the Downloader Edition)
modules

sqlite
sockets (needed in the Downloader Edition)

info
The first time you start this plugin it will create and populate its database. If for any reason, after using this plugin, you manually edit your "plugins.ini" file, populate the database again by choosing the option "Read from file" in the menu.

After changing plugins options don't forget to "Save changes"

The plugin refers to an option that can be valued "Hidden/Unhidden". It has nothing to do with "plugins.ini" itself. That is a own flag to hide the least needed to see plugins from the main lists. As default the plugins that ship with amxmodx are flagged as hidden.
to do
Change the color of the menu label "Save changes" when there are unsaved changes.
Add a search option by name.
Add the option to save a backup file.
Make changing the comments associated to the plugins possible.

Good job.

I know that the define is made so you can easily change the admin access, but i suggest that you put ADMIN_RCON or ADMIN_CFG by default, because lot of admins have the ban access.

Thank you. In my server, admins have all the admin options cause we are all friends and known to each other so, I don't care with the flags. (and have no knowledge of how they are commonly used). So, i guess you are right and I'd better to change it. Merci.
