recently the admins have been playing up i'll start the server and join it and sm admin commands work fine. Then if i was to leave the server come back in the commands would not work anymore (
[SM] You do not have access to this command. ) and i have to restart the server for it to work again, reloading admins with rcon sm_reloadadmins does not work either and i am stuck as this is happening on all my servers

i don't see how that is possible from working 1 sec and retry back into the server and its not working at all

Try to look at your Sourcemod logs or any logs at all and try to see what is happening.

Is the server still connected to Steam? SourceMod 1.5 made a change where it requires that the server be connected to Steam for admins to be authenticated.

Although you can change this in the main server settings.
