We're talking about 30 bots + 2 players here. I am a little bit scared what it will be done if it reaches 34 players.

Which kernel do you use? I have frequency set at 250Hz, default kernel

I use a custom kernel with 1000HZ. and my var/sv is never hit "red", but too because I'm using random CPUs:

i9-9900K, i7 9700K, and soon Ryzen 7 3800X.

Take a clean server installation, don't touch the servers settings or anything at all, kick the bots and see what happens.
Now you start to put a load on the server e.g. add bots.
If the performance is still fine, change the tickrate and check the results.

I have compiled a couple of days ago kernel with 1KHz setting, and it wouldn't boot up anymore, I don't know where I've made a mistake.

Do you have some shortened tutorial from 0 to fully-made kernel, where to load disks etc?

I have done over some tutorial but after trying to boot it got stuck ... Are there any needed requirements after menuconfig like reinit disks or what?

Any kernel or software which will improve server quality is aprreciated

But there is another problem, my IP address got recently unlisted from masterserver and can be found only with exclusive tags I have mentioned.

Hmmm, but can you boot your server up as normal? - You will need to remove the "kernel version" you did installed via "rescue".

I can boot first installed kernel when booting over GRUB, but the new compiled one got stuck
