[HELP] Adding happy hour message when it's not happy hour

Hello everyone,
This is my first post. I have a Zombie Plague 5.0.8 server and I would like to add a Happy Hour plugin. Everything works so far but I would like to have two different messages:
1. When it is happy hour: [Happy Hour] is currently active !
2. When it is not happy hour: [Happy Hour] Every day at 16:00 to 20:00 !

P.S. If you can, can you make the [Happy Hour] part of the messages green so that they can be noticed easily.
