Fixed warnings
Removed SetRandomSeed(GetTime());
Added CVarSplatRadius = CreateConVar("z_exploding_splat_radius", "200", "Splat Radius from Boomers?", FCVAR_NOTIFY);
Lowered Height
Tested in most of l4d2 default campaigns from dead center to crash course.
Boomers only got stuck in skybox when using noclip sometimes. For the most part worked great.
Not all boomers explode on landing Do to height being lowered.
