Hi Mcflurry,

Im having the same problems as mommafish. im using your l4d2 points system mod in conjunction with this mod. after i buy any ranged weapon, the next round, sometimes it will disappear and i have to buy it again. So i guess it does remove any ranged weapon the survivor is having. Im using this melee mode mod to create a "nothing is free in this world" game setting. since both mods are made by you, i hope u can make both compatible with each other. Also, i hope there is a cvar to choose whether survivors start with pistols.

Sorry if im not using this mod as it was intended to be, but these 2 mods form a great combination for my ideal game.

I'm thinking of rewriting most of this plugin, this plugin was created when I was a complete beginner at Sourcemod. Expect an update this weekend or earliest tomorrow.

Any1 can help me out here to make slight modifications to this plugin? "From what i think", this plugin removes all instances of all ranged weapons, from survivor and spawn locations. Can someone remove the "remove ranged weapons from survivor" part? Such that no guns are spawned but survivor can equip guns, Thanks

i think you can open up the source and delete all the "remove weapon_rifle" parts while leaving the "remove weapon_rifle_spawn" in there

the one in the quotes is not literally the one that needs to be removed, just trying to point it out.

oh haha tried opening the .sp file with notepad++ and it works! so for example i remove this

if (prev19) RemoveEdict(prev19);

do u mean the above code? when u mean the quotes u mean the words after //?

edit : assuming what i listed is correct, i remove them but how do i make it back to a .smx file? :X

Hi, thanks for your work,

I've had tested the last version and doesn't work as expected. There are hunter's body pieces as shadows for the survivors or something like that, the bots doen't get the weapons (used the "Melee in the safe room" plugin) and they move without moving the legs! It's very weird. The previous version I tested doesn't had this problems.

I'm using sourcemod 1.4.7 and metamod 1.9.2 in local, no server installation and had to remove basecomm.smx and basetriggers.smx from my plugins folder because the game crashes when trying to switch weapons (https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=213372). Don't know if is related or not.

I hope it can be repaired, if not, I will try to find again a previous version.
