After 10 tanks are killed after finale starts, all other tanks are killed so the finale can progress. They are then respawned. This is auto disabled on c1m4, c5m5 and c6m3 since its scavenge/gauntlet finale.
Will also work on custom campaigns.

And if survivors are knocked down, waiting for someone to help them up again, and a tank is killed, the do not stand up like in the version from the threadopener, is this wanted? Liked the original way more than it is now.
