[TF2 PAID REQ] database plugin

Hello,

I'm looking for someone who can create me a plugin to add vips to a mysql database.
This plugin should work with a admin command like sm_add_vip <days> <steamid> <note>

Also when the days are done the plugin should remove the steam id from this database.
Would this be possible?

I will pay you through steam wallet (keys, games) whatever ...

I have made some of these in the past. Usually the biggest issue is conflicts with other plugins and how they late load the donator database. There are some simple ways to prevent that from happening with caching
