[FF2] Models and Sounds ain't working for my FF2 Server

So... after an update to steam or tf2 nothing works on my ff2 server anymore the sound are saying "Failed to load sound "freak_fortress_2\ninjaspy\kill_1.wav", file probably missing from disk/repository" and all the models are errors even after I reinstalled my server and try the default boss they don't work as well can someone please help

Latest version of SM/MM (not Development branch) and 1.09 (raven's version)

are getting crashes.

delete modelsounds.cache in your original tf2 folder and server and also delete sound.cache in your sound folder just in case
