Everytime I join the special infected team in co-op mode, the console gets repeatedly non-stop spammed with this error here:
Material effects/spawn_sphere has bad reference count 0 when being bound

Any thoughts whats causing the error, within this plugin here?

Currently trying to learn SourcePawn myself but I'm too new to figure out what's wrong. I got switching players to work with the updated gamedata but swapping players is completely broken.

Would anyone be willing to try and fix this or can someone point me towards a better switch/swap players plugin that works fine?

Ths version makes swapping players in L4D2 work again and fixes small bug.

Code changes:

• sb_all_bot_team is not present in L4D2(replaced by sb_all_bot_game), because of this swap never took place - error was logged instead
• fixed small mistake in PerformSwitch(), the first check should be on target, not client - this caused an error if the target client was not in game
• incremented version and left changes info in plugin
• updated gamedata file with correct Windows signatures (30-01-2014)

What do you mean? I can easily swap myself to the infected team / spec mode in co-op. Or any other players. With the files from OP.

swap != switch

Switching one person to team works fine, swapping two players didn't work.

Hi,

Does this plugin still work? I can switch to the Infected team and the Spectator team, but trying to switch to the Survivor team doesn't work at all. It just puts me into spectator on the survivor bots. But you can't take control of them. If there is a fix somewhere or a substitute plugin can someone point me in the right direction?

Always check through the last few pages of a thread because someone could have fixed it (and they did in this case).

So where do i need to add sb_all_bot_game 1 to get it to work? server.cfg?

You need only to download updated version from my post, I was only saying what changes I made to the plugin's code.

You might be missing gamedata file l4dswitchplayers.txt from first post.
