I'm pretty new to SourceMod so this may very well be impossible. Here goes nothing

The game I'm scripting for (No More Room in Hell) has a bizarre bug. When a player looks up and down, their player entity rotates around the x-axis server-side but not client-side.

Here are some pics showcasing what I mean:

It makes it close to impossible to hit players when they're running with their heads down
Is it possible to stop this unwanted rotation with scripting at all?

I usually have a piece of code to share but I'm clueless here

Looks like a parenting issue, are you actually using any plugins that mess with the player's entity?

This happens on vanilla servers without any addons whatsoever. So I'm trying to come up with a solution, using Sourcemod.
