chat bug in tf2 , some messages not appears

No matter how many times and way I've tried, it still doesn't work. What should I do? Or is there alternative to this?

Im having an issue where every now and again the chat duplicates itself a number of times, only happens with people that have access to the colored names and tags, there are no errors in the server console and the messages don't duplicate in there either... is this a problem with modern tf2 or something else

hello, it works well, but the problem is when I write commands in the chat:! admin,! use to buy weapons etc, I don't get the admin tag, any solution ???

hello, pasted in the right folder, edited the simple-chatcolors.cfg file. but in the game my chat name is still blue....
