We got the following problem since the weekend.

Sourcebans is not scanning/pinging our gameservers.
The required modules for the webspace are activiated.

Is there a cvar to block this, so I need to change it?

Could you be a little bit more specific?

When a player joins one of your server, the game server plugin will check whether (s)he is banned in your database, and if (s)he is, (s)he will be kicked out and temporarily banned from the game server for 5 minutes. This behaviour will repeat over and over until the ban has expired.

So what exactly do you mean by SourceBans doesn't scan/ping your gameservers?

The servers are not getting the admins from sourcebans and sourcebans doesnt scan players/map (just error connecting).

Did you port forward? if not do so
and also make rcon you have correct rcon password

if you use cpanel make sure you give "Remote mysql access" to which ever Ip address is connecting to you're database.

have you changed anything on you server? new plugins, new config? has your port/ip/mysql changed?

normaly the server or sourcebans does not change by itself.

Maybe server is blocking your's site IP.
