since beta and release i did not used a login token. since the last update today i got this message in log, it wasn't before.

i know, i need a login token but connections still work, it's not restricted to lan only.

If you're running the -insecure parameter, it doesn't matter. This is to display the server on the masterlist

Did anyone try a workshop collection on a dedicated server yet?
I just added one and up to now it does not seem to change anything. No map download, no more maps available than before...

I did, but weirdly only downloaded the one map.....

I tried forcing the changes with:

host_workshop_collection <collection_id>
host_workshop_map <map_id>

Checked map list with:
ds_workshop_listmaps

but only had the first one listed. Even once downloaded, trying to activate it with:

ds_workshop_changelevel <map_name>

didn't work, but I could use the maps that were in the workshop folder if I had their ID.

Just use the collection id and let it download everything. Use ds_workshop_changelevel to change it

I've tried everything, the server never begins the download process.

I tried using -authkey, -host_workshop_collection, -host_workshop_map and ds_workshop_changelevel.

Can you explain your process further?

It is a console command. I use:

host_workshop_map MAPID

For example if you wanted to use https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfil...?id=3070244462 then enter

host_workshop_map 3070244462

I'm aware, it's just that nothing happens with either map or collection commands, and my authkey is being passed in through the command line which I can verify from the server log.

EDIT: I misread, yes, I have tried entering as a regular command too, I got it to download 1 map yesterday but never a collection, does it have to be a mapgroup or something?

i got one step further. you dont get any answer when you type for ex host_workshop_map 3070244462 in console.
After typing that try ds_workshop_listmaps in console and see if it accepted maps of your collection id. Thats it,now you can change maps with ds_workshop_changelevel <map_name> in console. Put your -authkey in start command line before you start the server. I dont get any voting list of those maps,i need to change maps manually in console. I hope al this stuff will get better for a custom community servers soon.
