Only humans get the bomb (no bots)

I've been looking for a plugin that prevents bots from having the bomb at round start if there is a human on the Terrorist team. Otherwise, the game should play as normal. Anyone know of such a plugin, or have interest in coding one for me? Thanks!

I thought there were CVars for it... something like bot_defer_to_human and one other - I'll look for it... maybe it was part of BM, but I thought it was part of the game - CSS anyways

I think it's just the one CVar (for CS:S anyways):

"bot_defer_to_human" = "1" - If nonzero and there is a human on the team, the bots will not do the scenario tasks.
