Ok...
I guess it goes like this:
Download and install MonsterMod and CSDM from the first post
After that, if you're any of the required modules you can find them by searching the forum
To know what modules are missing go to your "MOD/addons/amxmodx/modules" folder
Now, download the hvmxp_mod.sma file and compile it locally through dragging it into "amxmodx/scripting/compile.exe"
After that, get the compiled file from "compiled" folder and put it in the "plugins" folder
Download the "required_sounds.zip" and unzip it to your "MOD" folder (cstrike or czero)
Now, download a map cfg file like "de_dust_monster.cfg" and put it in "MOD/maps" folder
Create a server for that map and everything should work fine

Nice! But i have a problem. When i uncomment hvmxp_mod.amxx and start my server => server is crash (photo at Attached Files).

What I do is wrong? (omg, sorry for my bad english)

Hmm...
Didn't see an HLDS like that before...
Maybe that's the problem
Try using the steam dedicated server or google for hldsupdatetool
Or if you're using a non-steam version ask dor123 about it
He's using a non-steam and it's working well

I using non-steam (downloaded with hldsupdatetool and replacement swds.dll v29). When i commented hvmxp_mod.amxx - my server is working very well =(

my server crash after i killed a few monsters. I saw the other guys had that problem 2 but in my case i got these errors:
