just to let everyone know, My host had changed the way i connect to my MySQL database. They now require me to use the shared IP address for the mysql server instead of my sites dedicated IP address.

whats strange is that amxbans and the report htlv plugin could use the dedicated IP, So i'm not sure what was up with that. FYI check with you're provider for the correct IP to connect to you're MySQL DB.

When in my server someone report cheater...in my web i see only steam ID so i whant see IP not STEAM ID

Im not going to update this anymore since there is a better plugin that does the same that is approved so this can be moved to old plugins section.

And how install charset utf-8 in mysql update table? Ex. Reason charset UTF-8 = in table " Читы"

I would recomend that the players can report directly when they join the server now they have to wait the time that you set in the config before they can report again.
