a lot of graphic progs (like photoshop psp flash etc show the colour numbers)

nice plugin btw

It still can be done in photoshop just look at the color table where it shows
Red: XXX
Green: XXX
Blue: XXX

Is there a way to make something glow so that it can glow black? Setting lower rgb values just makes transluceny, not a darker color.
