Out of experience i would say it's not possible, because other plugins could not do that, too. As i remember right, it has something to do with the csx modul (?)

But one could create a fake_client or use the bots on the server and slay them / kill them and this way trick around to create a true frag, that would go into the ranks.

That would be pretty innovative (if possible at all) and this plugin would be one of its kind, because i think no other plugin (mod plugins, fun plugins, or any other) can transfer fake frags of any kind into the ranks. If it works, i'm sure other coders would ask for your code snippet.
