I really don't know how to be more map-specific and clear than I was on the main topic.

If you don't understand, take the Parish bridge (last map / c5m5_bridge) as an example.

Leave the saferoom and try to lower the bridge while survivors didn't leave the saferoom.

You won't be able (without the plugin), a hint message will prompt saying that "Everyone must be ready".

game crash

1. change map to c2m5_concert
2. go out saferoom, before start final, use "z_spawn_old tank" manually
3. when tank dead - > crash

I wasn't able to reproduce it through these steps. (L4D2 Windows Listen Server)

Maybe is a plugin conflict. Try testing as standalone.

You can add the map to the "l4d2_unlock_finales_blacklist_maps" cvar to disable the plugin in this map aswell.

After wasting time to test why windows dedicated server crashes the whole night,
I finally find out the reason...

in server.cfg
PHP Code:
sm_cvar z_scrimmage_sphere 0 
I have no idea why this convar conflicts

FYI, that cvar also crashes some maps in survival mode. I only tested this with c7m3_port so far.

I'm using this cvar because players are able to play as a zombie in coop mode in my server,

without this cvar,
there is a giant purple and black sphere in the map.
the console is spammed with the following error:

does this plugin allow survivors to escape in the car on Dead Center without everyone being near to it? It's a big problem in big servers and I'm trying to find a way to do it

No, this only enables starting the finales without needing everyone near the trigger (e.g. button)

For what you want, you may check Rescue vehicle leave timer by HarryPotter.
