Is there an alternative to the menu? Like !overlay playername?

Because it would be a great way to replace the MOTD (Hooking the event of player joining a team, and then it shows rules images and so on.)

I'm having a problem... I host a surf server so like my downloads.ini I have uploaded for you to see but when I try even the Advanced commands and this plugin to try to overlay: "overlays/custom/trollface.vtf" it doesn't work?!

Posting "it doesn't work" isn't going to generate any helpful responses.
What exactly doesn't work? Post the error logs if the plugin is not working.

It will not display the .vmt's. And it strangely enough doesn't put out any errors .

Post the file contents of "materials/overlays/custom/trollface.vmt" and your plugin config file.

For now i have:

Hello guys!
Does anyone know how to get this run on cs:go?
I know in cs:go r_screenoverlay is client executable only.
BUT there is a server in cs:go which uses permanent screen overlays and round end overlays!
Please take my comment serious.
I`m searching the fix for cs:go since months ;D
