    Description:

    Announce the clutch situation on the end round and with a ballon effect. Compatible with CS:GO and CS:S. Idea from this.

    This should works in CS:GO and CS:S but ballon effect only available on CS:GO.

    i think that
    you should count the alive members of the teams in round start and that will be the clutch because of the cvar is not help if there is 4 in match 20 or 10
    you cant prepare the cvar for everything soo do it for each round just count the alive members

    @alphaearth you are welcome

    @skyler.b I am not sure what you mean exactly, if you mean to adjust the cvar depending how much players on the server are, this could be done with other plugin like this. My plugin was done for a competitive server with balanced teams and appear that it works well. Anyway pull request are welcome if you think that you can improve it.
