We can not see the changed vaule using console command or other server tools when set CVAR use PCVAR.

Can you add a option to remind HL the vaule was changed?

If I can add some 2 cents to this...
Even if You write in the server sonsole the name of cvar - it should return the value, but it returns....the old value (before change done by set_pcar). It's annoying, because I cannot be sure if I've changed that cvar or not...

I agree, sure this should be fixed or it will even worth to switch back to the standard method because users may be confused, like "my amx_enable_mymod is 1 in the server console but the mod don't work!".

In fact, the value does change. It just looks like it didn't. It's a weird side-effect of how Valve implemented cvars.

This will probably be addressed in 1.77.
