How do i add these commands to the admin_levels so i can make it possible for other admins to use such commands?

You don't add these to admin_levels... if anything you would use overrides. But I think your admins just need to be at least kick or ban level to use most of these.

I have some questions:

1. is it possible to swap a player to spec without slay bevor he is moved ? (cmd" "sm_spec #1 1" is the current line from my adminmenu_custom.txt)

2. Multi Map Vote: is it possible to set up at wich moment the map will change now/at end of round /at and of map ? like Mani Admin Plugin

I don't know about this plugin, but for #1 there is a move team plugin that will move players to spec without killing them. For #2, Ultimate Map Chooser can do that.

These errors come daily.

Only the players that get handled before the error appears get the cash, the others dont. I guess it has something to do with players who are afk for a while and were afk when the map changed.

I am getting the same error as Karower. It does seem to come and go. I think it actually has something to do with players joining the server rather than players in spec and using the @all but can't be certain. I have tried using @CT and @T instead and have not seen the error yet but I have only been testing it for about a day.

that should be in your /addons/sourcemod/configs

why on earth would u put that in this thread.. beyond me.. is your OS file search broken?
