Hi at end of round console is spammed with:

CMaterial:recacheVars: error loading vmt file for overlays/sm_hosties/prisonguards_win
CMaterial:rawElements: No bound shader

The most likely reason is that the file is missing from either the game server or the Fast DL server or both.
