I just get a messege that the command dont exist

You mean how to enable fun module?
Just remove ; in front of module's name to enable it (in modules.ini)

amx_noclip <authid, nick, @team or #userid> <0=OFF 1=ON> -- Gives a player no clip ablities.

But you need to install some plugins that have their commands.
