erm the problem i am having now is that , when i type out for help , for example "/bf2menu" and i direct myself to this menu right above , and i can't seem to be able to scroll down , same goes for other menu like Pokemod's menu.... can anyone tell me what's the problem?!! PLS HELP ME! T_T

It has to do with the motd html coding or maybe it does not even have scroll on.
