No, you will have to create them yourself. I only looked at like 5 of them, and they didn't have them

Man, thats bull, they expect us to download there map pack and be able to use it. I run sv_downloadurl, and I can't run the maps without .res files.

I am not saying it is hard, but it is time consuming, and I don't have time to create .res files, but if someone has the time to put out a map pack, they shouldn't half ass the job, they should finish it.
