Ok very simple plugin that brings up a menu with all the general vocalize commands.
atm general vocalizes are not sorted. but all voiceblocks and character specific vocalizes are

Commands:
sm_vocalize (brings up vocalize menu)

Version:
0.1.0: Initial release
1.0.0: Plugin is finished added all vocalizes sorted by character

How about removing "default" commands from the list? - its already in default radial menus and it will make menu easier to handle. Also if you add submenus system (like "Death voclizes", "Items vocalizes" , "Infected Spotted vocalizes" etc) it would be more useful. +carma.

yea this was just something i made for a friend yesterday in like 10 mins

but yea indeed going to sort them all out and put the vocalizes em in category's

Well, i definetely see Spot Items and Spot Infected as most useful ones. Even though many players have microphones, it still can be useful to just voclize, especially if there are many mic flood in channel.

wouldnt know if it would work on 1.2.3 works on 1.2.2 here

but did you check if it loaded properly. and did you check if it doesnt clash with any other plugins you might have installed

Usually you will get some errors or "unknown command" message in case of malfunction, but since you dont get anything at all it can be possibly that plugin just never loaded properly.

Previous version worked for me. Typing !sm_vocalize in chat worked for me.

going to update the voice blocks real soon some dont seem to work which i dont think is my fault. and going to add descriptions for them cause voiceblockxxx as description isnt really handy to read
