Seeing as you cannot really "control" what someone else does, and it was related to play time, I assumed that with my response. ;-)

Sounds like a safe bet, unless he means kick after a time, or temp admin (i.e. remove after a time). But I doubt that that is the case, so "log" seems like a safe bet.
