since today I'm having some trouble with my SourceBans and I can't find out how to solve this.

as far i see problems is with unix time stamp(mysql) but i don't encounter any way by what i see there seems to be problem with servers groups best advice don't use for some while best solutions would be make fresh dabase and import all bans to be sure there aren't any bugs left.
by what i see seems there is error in mysql server version seems maybe it's out off date and that's why you encounter it ...

Well, I have found out, what the problem was, but i really have no idea, how this could happen....

To me it seems like SMAC is a bit buggy... I'll watch that.
