Ive searched a hell of a lot on this forum, and i didnt find an answer.

Amxx 1.00
Metamod v1.17.4
Superheromod v1.17.6

When i choose a hero (flash, beast, venom etc..) it doesnt go faster then, uhm i dunno how fast, not the default speed i think as fast as flash. Any1 knows why?

are you sure ur not using amx, just amxx, cuz amxx fix all bugs for speed issues, the only mod that has this type of bug are amx98 and amx0.9.9

I have the same speed problem. I just tell my clients to type the cl_speed's in console and it fixes it.

If you install the latest version of HLGuard, the cl_speeds problem will be fixed. http://www.thezproject.org It blocks the client side cvar, so you are left with the server's settings.

EDIT: Ah my bad. I missed the last line. lol

Firewalker they are not discussing the speed exploit... he is having issues with heroes not using their potential max speed.
