Add an admin to ur server

how do u add an admin to the server? in user.ini i put in the "username" "password" "acces flags" "acount flags" like ex: "chiken" "" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de" and it wont make admin. if i did it wrong tell me how to make someone admin right

This is the 'Accaunt Flags'

a - disconnect player on invalid password - guess what it means?
b - clan tag - If it is someone from clan ( Can be used on other ppl too.
c - this is steamid - That is Server Operators STEAM_ID
d - this is ip - That is Server operators IP
e - password is not checked (only name/ip/steamid needed) - That It dosnt check password ( You dont need to enter password. Ex. "loopback" "( Here you dont have to enter enything. Just these "-" )" "abcdefghijklmnopqrstu" "de"

Lawe, stop spamming man. The access flags are right there in his user.ini file, just like they were in yours.
