That should work. I see the bz2'd files in that directory.

Your logs show the downloads as being successful.

I would say you've bziped them wrong.

How are you making the .bz2's?

I recommend to use 7-Zip to pack the .bsp-files in .bz2. Make sure that you don't change anything. Just drag & drop the file into the 7-Zip-Window and choose Bzip2 and pack it.

Its made by the panel that im using, aka gsp i have no control over how its compressed

Try uploading the .bsp instead and see if people can download that.
