Description:
Adds weather effect with a background sound

Requirements:
Sound Info Library 1.0 - Install it only if you want to use a background sound.

Example:
There is an example config file in the archive of the rainy weather on the de_dust2 (cfg/sourcemod/weather_effect/de_dust2.cfg)

Per map config:
Create folder weather_effect in the cfg/sourcemod/ and there create config file map name.cfg and configure it.
For prefix map name, just create config file prefix_.cfg in the same folder (For example: de_.cfg)

Notice:
The lightstyle and the skybox sets only once at map start to avoid bugs. Other configs can be changed at any time.

The snowfall do lag and less fps for the clients?

Despirator, thanks for this plugin - works nicely. I am using it in l4d2. If the sounds I want are already client side for users on my server, can the plugin trigger those sounds - it seems it does actually on some maps - I am probably imagining that though - my servers have 175 maps a peice on them. Thanks again.

Everything works fine, except for the sounds. I downloaded the Sound Library extensions, yet it doesn't trigger the sound.
I am using a workaround for this, however, "sm_play @all ambient/rain.wav"
I put the sm_weathereffects_sound to "ambient/rain.wav" aswell, without luck.
