You are running a glitched, old version of a hlstatsX,that there has since been a fixed release of.

Check their site and update

I've noticed a very odd change with version 1.2.1 today. Previously, in version 1.2.0, I could register a console command to allow for
upper or lower case entries (EXAMPLE: sm_cmdname and/or sm_CMDNAME) and it worked fine.

Now with the new version, it won't work correctly with the AllChat (EX: !cmdname [works] !CMDNAME doesn't work]).

f64: Console commands are case-insensitive except when used as server commands (i.e. rcon console).

My created console commands don't already exist in the game, therefore they are case sensitive according to the documentation (console.inc).
I had previously registered two similar cmds, one upper case and one lower.

They both still work fine when entered through the console, but now only the lower case works through the Say All chat.
I haven't changed anything and I did try re-compiling it.

If chat triggers aren't working properly, please file a bug.

Thanks for your help. This is happening even with 1.2.0.
Absolutely bizarre because it did work about a month ago perfectly.

Maybe Steam updates borked that?

I can't log into bugs. Perhaps someone else can file it.
