Installing HLStatsX with Nitrous Networks hosting?

I was hoping someone could provide some assistance, since the tutorial is a bit confusing to me.

I am using Nitrous Networks as a host for both my webserver and gameserver. I have the database and game portion set up, however Nitrous does not allow me shell access in order to run the daemon for HLStatsX. I can do everything other than this, and they have not replied to my support ticket with any information on what to do.

Alright, so an update:

I have everything set up, cron jobs, executables on the webserver, in-game plugin, database, etc., and I'm still not seeing stats in-game. I've looked in my scripts folder on the webserver, and there doesn't appear to be any logs indicating that something went wrong or something is messed up in the config files. Any ideas on what I should try?

Same problem here.
Tryed it with cs source and cs go.

It don't work...

Could you please attach log file with LogLevel=99?
