when i run the server using putty
i m getting this error
please help me to solve this issue

Why do you run LocalizeBug Fix if you are not runing dproto? If you remove dproto from your list make sure you also delete those dproto addons from your list next time.

Iirc there is a plugin available here that prevents from using this bug. So there is no need to use some third party plugins without source.
