what is the right frequency?

Stereo or mono?

OK, but in round sounds in mp3?

the frag sound will be wav, but round sounds in mp3, what the frequency?

i had the same problem like you and found a very simple solution:

CDex -> (see Post)

This programm does any .wav convert in the correct mp3 format for CS

I used it for my roundsounds and it works perfect!

You chose the .wav and klick on the circle -> then the mp3 is ready for cs

ok, but .mp3 to .wav for frag sounds what the program? because the frags plugins only works with .wav
