Not sure which exploits it fixes. Lagging a server by spamming packets still works, and jockey/charger can still kill the server by chocking certain packets while grabbing a survivor.

I'm not really sure how to actually prevent this. It just prevents servers from stuttering when the console gets spammed with packet related messages.

I think it need an update, there are obviously more exploits in the wild and this plugin became useless.
