    Jockey Jump with forwards for my karma plugin

    0 support, I just needed something for my karma system to support jockey jumps through a global forward to detect a jockey jump. You can also edit the height the jockey will jump for VIPs through the simple API, but this does fix a lot of bugs.

    well, how it jump? when human jockey press space? or auto jump every jockey?
