Again you should almost never (again unless you really know what you are doing) use realtime... just go with anything above your other less "important" processes so for example high.
For lower var use tuned and/or get better hardware.

Code:
apt install tuned
tuned-adm profile latency-performance

I agree with what TomL says here.

or use default/standard kernel (can running fine)
XanMod/Liquorix is not created for gameserver (what I have earlier tried)

It's better to run: Standard/Default Kernel or Make own kernel

Thanks for the advices,
I currently run on great hardware but the issue is that its a VM, I have a 8 Core OVH machine running at 4.2GHz, but its a VM and not a dedicated which is the main issue.
I have tuned installed already but it doesn't seem to do so much improvement, probably because its a vm, i've never had issues with the realtime thingy that you say i shouldn't use and it was improving my VAR greatly, I was using this script for it. never had any issues
Don't know how to create a custom kernel :/
my cpu % is barely 20% running 8 servers with more than 40 clients and the var is still kinda high 0.010-0.020

So long you don't have any issues =)

I don't use real-time/the custom script.sh anymore (since I own the github page)
So, if you don't have issue, you are good!

oh , yeah the server isn't crashing but its defenitly under performing.

Is there anything you suggest that i can do to improve without realtime ?

it happens in debian 9 too... dunno why, weeks ago i had always a realtime script running without issues... it must be an issue with one of the latest csgo updates?

tried debian 10, running realtime script and change map -> instant crash

Yes just stick to tuned and if really needed an optimized kernel for now or set the priority yourself.

since realtime is crashing on mapchange cause of a csgo update, which values would be running in "high" priority?

chrt -ar -p 98 $pid
renice 1 -p $pid

these are realtime but what would be 'high'?

30
-10

?

realtime is great and i tried some others, the hitreg/accuracy increase a lot, just play with deagle for example and you notice that.
