Hi, I originally made some of these hales many years ago and only as of recently came about editing them for a server I played frequently, but despite their acceptance nothing of it has happened, these hales are for the unofficial ff2 plugin but some of the plugins they have may be outdated:
Captain Rattleton

Weapon:
Eyelander, deals 144 damage
Moves at 340 movement speed
Uses sarysa's rope ability for mobility on a 4 second cooldown
Rage: summon a crew of dead enemy players to your side and acquire a rapid fire grenade launcher that gains crits on kill for 3 seconds
Sub-ability: After you've killed a enemy player, summon them back as an elite skeleton crewmate
Description:
Based upon my first insane sticky jumping map completion, hardware is a unhinged mobility cyborg that gets stronger the better you are at sticky jumping
Note: this hale is a sticky jumping hale, I've balanced it around the 669 attribute or fizzle timer upon world contact which is currently 1.22s, I'd highly recommend not removing this attribute and increase the timer if you think people will have trouble with it
Does not have weighdown due to how sticky jumping will usually mean looking down and crouching (but not for the unexperienced)
Moves at a maximum of 280 movement speed
Uses a no damage fast reload ammo regen stickybomb launcher as mobility
Rage: summon harmless sticky jumpers to your side and acquire a 8 clipped loch n load that deals incredibly high damage to sentries, crit explosive jumping players plus has very high projectile speed
Description:
A strong rocket jumping based hale with no delays between rocket jumping, you'll always be stocked up with rockets at all times, which do no damage of course
Weapon:
A shovel? that is a market gardener, deals 108 damage but crits whilst airborne
Moves at 240 movement speed maximum
Abilities: has none
Rage: summon rocket jumpers to your side and acquire a rapid fire completely full map range shotgun that crits 100% of the time but deals very little damage but kills sentries quickly; gain uber for 6 seconds and stun sentries for 5 seconds
Plugins:
ffbat_defaults ff2_cond doesn't require this to operate, can be removed, plugin may not work nowadays
Description:
Incredibly high mobility tinkered hale, can lunge, super jump, hit himself to propel higher and use a no damage force a nature for more mobility
Weapon:
A bat that deals 140 damage, on miss hit yourself, has a slightly lower knockback force due to how much damage it does to yourself but I've never really tested this.
Description:
Bares the carnival of carnage's headless horsemann's necrosmasher and necrosmashes everyone on the map upon rage, and their ears.
Weapon:
Big necro smasher, deals 206 damage
Moves at 340 movement speed
Ability: Dynamic super jump
Rage: necro smashes everyone on the map 5 times in a row, acquires a random default stated grenade launcher and (if it works) sets the hale's speed to 470 movement speed for 8 seconds, also gains quick fix uber for 8 seconds
I've never tested the hale, there're two random weapon rages that the hale has, neither rage goes into the other (primary, secondary) and assuming that how I've done it, that it should work.
Description: A hale that initially spawns with a grenade launcher for mobility that explode instantly, no damage of course, but upon rage acquires a new selection of weapons to accommodate him, primarily a stickybomb launcher for mobility and a grenade launcher for combat, can roll a chance of getting other options for both, but also bares a second one to that of a very powerful minion that can fend for himself and takes a lot to bring down.
Weapon: Eyelander, deals 208 damage per swing, but you lose 18 hp per second so get moving
Rages: Ion cannoned powerplay of random weaponing
Powerplay for 7.5s
speed boost for 7.5s, agility buff for 8s
a ion cannon that deals 800 damage and has a 1000 radius but takes 10 seconds to explode
random grenade launcher (1/10 chance to get the one you had originally, 6/10 for a stock grenade launcher with high ammo) and a random stickybomb launcher (6/10 chance to roll a non damage mobility one)
or
an elite hale grade minion to fight alongside you, but a very long cooldown
2250 HP
80% jump height
70% movement increase
40% less damage but deals crits
50% faster swinging speed
no fall damage
can collect heads
crits gib opponents
Description: a harder version of hardware, brutal in the sense that you're on a timer instead of free to do whatever, 35 hp will be taken away every second you live, you can't hit hard and have to hit market gardens in order to fight, in compensation for this you do not have any slow downs on your mobility, the stickybomb launcher: reloading is instant, the clip is thrice and your ammo is doubled so you'll have to think less about it.
note: this hale builds rage up very quickly.
if you'd prefer not having your health drained I would recommend removing the 129 ; -35 attribute
Rage: a small 60 damage ion cannon that implodes after 3.5s, uber for 2 seconds and a third (which I would've preferred being just 1 minion) of the enemy team as unkillable sticky jumping minions that have to fish for goombas that expire after 20s.
In case anyone looking for a working ff2_sarysapub3 subplugin for FF2:R, here is my cleaned up version.

Forgot to change the args correctly after replacing ffuber_weighdown with dynamic_weighdown since that plugin is a private plugin for a server, I've fixed the cfg.
Some files are just bz2 only. I have to manually extract them before uploading to my server. And some configs are missing the proper download

I've added download args for the materials on all cfgs, I added and by accident left sarysa's model args in certain places they shouldn't have been.
if there's any other problems in spite of what I've done that pop up, please do tell.
also I did already have a non zip that contains every hale with the contents already being unzipped; download link
