Hey there !
I wanted to know if it's possible to change color in chat ( mostly for admins ) like the plugin advertisements.smx does.
Currently, only basics messages can be sent like sm_say, sm_psay etc...
Is it possible to create a plugin that allow admisn to change the chatbox color. Smthg like "sm_say [color] TEXT" ?

Current possiblity -> (Admin): admin message here.
What i ask for -> (Admin): Something like that.

That's a bit strange but girls admins want to write Pink or purple

BTW, i know there's a plugin that allow to send colored HUD messages but that's not really what i'm looking for

Each game has set colors hardcoded in the client dll. In TF2, all that are available are white, three shades of green, red, and blue (but red and blue can't both be used in the same message).

Ya theres some modified basechat plugins around and theres also an admin chat plugin if thats what you want.

Search for admin chat if you want that. Like he said, only the colors that come with the game are possible.
