You have to type the old SteamID, not Steam3 ids.

Are you wrapping it in brackets, by chance? Your exact Steam ID should look like this: STEAM_0:1:55082900

Make sure not to remove STEAM_0:1:

The access problem is with sourcemod and sourcebans plugin. Also,I have said this, The Web Panel only uses Steam2

The Steam ID you're inputting is not yours. I linked yours above.

STEAM_0:1:, not STEAM_0:0.

idk what you have done to sb, but I srsly have no clue why it isn't accepting the steamid. did you jack up sb while installing?

In your photo it shows you entering almost your exact Steam ID but with one wrong digit. As it stands, I'm unsure what the current issue you're facing so if you could clarify (now that you know about the correct format to use) what the problem is and where in the process, if any place, you're running into errors we can probably work off that.

Without any error logs there isn't anything we can really suggest. I will rule out the SteamID itself as I've tested it on my install and is accepted as a valid ID.
