I tried the search button...couldnt find anything useful about this problem. So if you find it....dont start flaming, because I suck with search! Anyways, I'm using v1.0, Linux, and whenever I save it, it resets after the map change. I never experienced this problem with my windows "listen" server...but my "dedicated" linux server has this problem. So if anybody could help me...that would be great.

easy fix:

connect with a ftp client and check your file permissions.
the files that have to be written are most likely "read-only"
so CHMOD them 777 for example

NVM, It worked. Except I put the permissions at 777 for the csstats.amxx and the csstats.dat and now the stats are frozen and no kills register. Do you know how to fix the stats on linux so that the kills will register and will not reset by itsself until I reset it?

I am running a windows server. My data folder doesn't contain csstats.dat. How can I get it and how come my rank and top15 reset on map change as well?

Help me anyone as much as possible.

Thank you very much!
