I found an official steam topic on HTTP Fast Download, and I had some doubts.
I would like to know if it is still possible to do this on CSGO servers.
Optional: To display a banner image to players that download content, place a 340x56 pixel image in the file <custom content directory>/gfx/banner.gif.
And the other would be about HTTP, so I saw the use of fastdl is just with http, would have some problem in using HTTPS? Or it is not "allowed" so to say.
