Hi, i want a plugin that is for Counter-Strike: Source, and can do this:

An admin with a flag will recive the vip. The vip should be able to do this

Give a custom amount of HP.
Give a custom amount of Armor.
Give a custom amount of Money.
Apply it when player joins.
Apply it on every round & map changes.
Can be disabled with a custom command(If you can, else make it to !vip), and will no longer be applied to the player on every round, but if the map changes it applies again.
Can be enabled again, with the same command !vip.

Cvar or settings:

//Maybe enable plugin
Enable_plugin: "1"

//Wich flag should the player have, to recive the vip?
vip_flag: "b" or another one

//How much HP?
vip_hp: "130"

//How much Armor?
vip_armor: "100"

//How much of money?
vip_money: "16000" or max

//Disable/enable command
vip_aktivate: "!vip"

//Disabled message
vip_disabled_message: "green[VIP] You have Disabled VIP"

//Enabled message
vip_enable_message: "green[VIP] You have Enabled VIP"


I know this is a hard plugin to make, that's why i will pay. If only some things can be made, please let med know so we can find out what to skip.
